Is there a reason you aren't using Dragonfire Oil? Pre-2017 I put a bunch of points in that and less into Talon's Hold and the leech one. I presume all the WDM missiles carry that extra fire damage, no?

I realize ladder chars become regular MP ones when the ladder resets - seems like most devoted folks just restart the ladder every few months.

Yes, the difference is monstrous. Also, the velocity boost is big for survivability (especially Duncraig). The Rat really needs some velocity boosting skill (and max FHR) to be viable, be it WS or Rapture, whatever.

Unless you meant Terror strike to buff, then switch to bstorm. Yes, I meant as a buff. The character could be pretty tanky with the TCD from Terror Strike and the huge block percentage from the shield EDIT: CTB is 5% on the shield, so I'd need ~3,000 dex for max block.
