100% is the cap, but having above 50% is pointless unless you fight monsters who decrease your DR%.

Not sure about flat damage reduction, as it more rare than percentage DR, but afaik, it can go far above than 100. The same rule belongs to negative DR.

Also, use short questions thead next time.

Although farming Dunc on pl8 is somehow inefficient (you could do twice more runs on pl1 which takes the same time) but nevertheless...both xbow (1 point Angel of Death on switch to avoid barrels if needed) and melee Necromancers are good for this purpose. Slow, granted by Talon's Hold works ...
