Blessing only adds shrine bonus, and yea its pretty rare.

Just use rws or shit shrines if you have to.

Whirlwind weapon physical dmg +% does nothing. lvl 1-10-15 in the skill my WW does the same dmg the character stats page doesnt get updated neither does the D2stats page. Ok so for example ewd effects min/max physical dmg but I don’t see anything like that for flat ele dmg like what’s on the uldy trophy.
