does anyone know why the set shield is at a lvl 115 requirement? given the Twisted Mind rw being lvl 110 and the rest of the set being 90, i'm guessing this wasn't intended? or am i missing something?

It doesn't mention it in the skill tab in game, but it does in the patch notes - Melee Devotion in Mastery is compatible with cold builds. 20% DR is nice

edit - this will also disable summons, incl ice eles

i just tried equipping my merc with a Vizjerei Fury but he's giving me the 'I can't use that' line does he have the stats to equip it? level requirement/strength/dex oh well this is embarrassing :facepalm: should've thought to check that before posting here. he's at 1,032 dex ... needs 1386. should...
