Nope. After each BIG update ( 2.x , 3.x ) there is an engine change and You can`t play older characters. You can easly call it a " wipe " and have to start over.

Well Mirage is what makes the build, not sure how SSF friendly that is considered. And it adds way too much magic damage in my opinion. Yep. At skill lvl 70+ your spell`s will recive % damage multiplier.
