My assassin character sheet is not showing the twin fang damage, is that normal? If it is, how do i know the total damage?

Title is self-explanatory, this was the main selling point of this version of Median for me alongside the resolution/engine changes and I can't make it work at all, if someone could plesae explain to me how it works or how to activate it I would be very grateful.
