Hello guys, does any1 know where do Stareye's Claws drop?

As in title, I'm planning on playin around SP. And I would love to get any save file to jump straight to the action, instead of lvling. Also, some mules with SU would halp a lot. Feeling like a beggar, but I think it's alright, since we're talking bout SP.
