Paradigm Shift/Cold Blooded are not used at all on this build? Why would you use those with a physical damage weapon? Folks have been testing elemental builds using Starhawk or Cold Blood , but the guide is just for physical weapons right now and giving up EWD for IED is downright foolish on a weap...
