I have Lavadome (lvl req 108), I put in Nah rune (lvl req 87) and lvl req changes to 146. Why? You propably put Mystic Orbs on it. Check if it says "+ 46 required Level" on the item (if you socket a req lvl 100 rune into any item, that item's req lvl will be 100 as well; +46 from MOs = 14...
