Do resist lowering items pierce immunities at any point? I think in the base game you needed to exceed some impractical quantity in order to pierce immunities lol I currently have 30% lightning resist reduction

Hey, how do summon on kill procs stack? For example, lets say I put an assload of Perfect Ambers in all my shite, do they separate procs stack between items, or suppose I get 5% in one item and 4% in another; do they do two separate checks? Or just one 9% check?

Is blocking a hardly viable thing? I can't seem to get a decent at all block rate. That, and I saw a lvl 100 unique amulet that granted +1% block rate. I take it blocking is just not a route that's viable in median?
