I have leveled normally solo through the acts and im level 101 at the start of Hell. I guess I'm not getting a baal charm because I'll probably be over 115 before I beat all of hell?

I have had great success with StillwaterTU, lvl has 391 str req so i stacked a few Ko runes, however you can spam traps like crazy. now using vizjuns weapon and armor 2pc. super strong high dex high str and life
