yes it does. this kind of stat is just obnoxiously inconsistent across different skills - here it's just +1 proj instead of +1 proj and +1 max proj.

I'm not sure if it's a bug or not..... The patch notes say that the Takedown buff for spearzons still only lasts 20 seconds. I mean.... that can't be right, can it? I mean since you essentially have to stop what you're doing and use a "normal" attack 5 times every 20 seconds? Around mobs?...
