So, I recently got Relic (Rising Dawn) which became great asset to my Nephalem pala build. What I noticed is that the minions from Resurect skill apply their spell damage boost to vessels and other elemental skills except the one from the relic. Is this intended?

It's about obtaining the tenets from corrupted druids, not fighting the boss. Sometimes, you get unlucky and it takes tremendous amounts of reruns to get all of them.

I'd say if you have enough str from charms, and don't need Leather of Aut to wear gear, go for it, until you manage to craft something better.
