Ok so the new jav zon build has a passive talent called indominable and it stops block rating from going below 50%. Why would it not be 50% if I have enough dex? like where in the game does the player lose stat points?

Ok so defence is my chance of getting hit or not by a physical attack and if I have a shield there is a chance I could block the attack. Is my chance to block calculated first or my chance of getting hit? Trying to figure out if investing into block speed is worth it.

do the etherborns in scos have light/cold pierce? and if so is there anywhere online that this is documented?

Is shackles of ice not working right? I just found it as a relic and took it for a test run and it doesn't seem to freeze anything in place.

Ok so spell pierce cap is -200 but storm zons get an aoe debuff called discharge that puts -20 pierce on enemies and golden chariot also has a proc called mythal that does the same thing. So if I have -200 pierce all ready can I stack it up to -240 with these? Also do these debuffs stack?
