So newer player here, can this build not do end game bosses because they have 199% resist? Or how do casters do sam/deimoss or do they not?

Roughly what % damage increase is ethereal over a regular item? Like if you could roll perfectly identical runewords, one regular one ethereal is the ethereal like a 10% increase? 25? less?

Great to hear. You'll find out as you progress that some bosses are very anti melee, and that ww barb just isnt the class for that boss. Either because they teleport away all the time while nuking you, making you unable to get heals from attacks, or bc they slow you after teleporting away etc etc. ...
