Solar Flare could use a bit more text. You da best Magz <3 Solar Flare Paladin holy caster spell that deals fire damage in an area around the caster and provides +1 all skills, and debuffs enemies with -20% to Weapon Physical Damage and Attack Rating Done, ty Updated (hopefully) with 2.9 patch note...

I moved it over to fire. It's both but since fire is the main way to scale it might as well move it there.
