Ok, it´s probably a bug with Dragon jaws specifically it seems

How to recreate: make a paladin, equip an axe + shield (random and bad i know, just started lvling 20 mins ago ), go and try open doors or enter stairs / whatever does not seem to work with this weapon setup.
