So is it worth it to put into hit recovery or just hit speed cap is better?

Hey everyone, I recently started playing rat. The character seems tanky and have really good dmg but the one thing that bugs me the most is that whenever i get hit I am stuck in one place and can't move... I know that hit recovery helps but i even tried to stack like 150% and it still the same
