I'm looking for an explanation of the sorc coven "Nova Charge"s dex to energy adding. does +dex on gear/charms affect it? does +% dex affect it? is the energy added before or after +% energy? and is the mana from that energy affected by +% max mana?

I'd like to clarify behavior of Undead Crown . it subtracts about 64 from your %cb, the way this guide was written I thought it multiplied cb by -1. DO NOT MO your Plunderbird with cb like I did. Also for the Undead Crown + Plunderbird setup you may want to have as few points in owlbeast as possible...
