Should I be placing runes in my TUs before using Arcane Crystals to upgrade them to the next tier? I wasn't sure if that was a good way to increase the stats or not. I'm still in early game (highest is lvl 76) but I'm trying to be more efficient.

How many points should I be allocating in each skill? Loving this build so far.

I know that runewords can't be created in uniques, but is there a way to create a runeword and then use Arcane Crystals to upgrade it into a unique? Would it just gain the traits of the base item or the runeword as well?
