Hatred = Normal. Kill the turrent monster before Baal, it opens a portal to TA.

Thanks for the tips both of you guys. I think I'll put this guy on hold for a little. I don't really have the dexterity for the stutter-stepping gameplay of this build. One question, when you guys are referring to farming "sewers" it's no the ones with Radamant in it, at the start of act 2...
