I have a question about the O-skill Wyrd which in the previous ladder was accessible with regular mystic orb that no longer exists. The o-skill still exist but how can we obtain it in this ladder and if it can be by crafting, which item part can be crafted to obtain it?

I found this mysterious item named "Emblem of Terror" with the description being: Cube Reagent [Secret]. The only info I found is this: "renamed from Secret Tokens, are now a rare world drop". Does anybody know what it is, what it is used for or what it gives?
