I think its that what i found https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rVGoCUXkx8g its called "selffound untwinked" and he's ripping apart literally everything ... and from what i could see, no fake / cheated gear, but maybe i missed something? (skip to 1 hour 40 min killing mephisto for example)
