whirlwind is the go-to skill for procs IMO. You can get 2fpa (12 hits epr second) melee hits, and since melee procs have way higher chance than on striking you'll proc more often. for eye candy you have the dual Vizjerei Fury build, which works quite well although it's kinda expensive. *peeks at Va...
