Im more interested on your 3dsmax setup, is there any step by step tutorial for that?

I have found some script for 3dsmax, but it still a bit tedious so I also want to know if your step is abit faster or not.

There is no tutorial. I learned this by trial and error and asking around.
What kind of scripts are you talking about? For cameras and render or import game files? Also, tell me what are you working with, maybe I will have more a better picture.
For my work, I use Batch camera render script.

Basically, I need script that render 8 direction sprite from 3d model with animation with proper naming. (I usually use PNG)
I have other similar script, just want to see yours' to see if it is more effective

I have software that turn those sprite into sprite sheets for game engine Unity.
