Cant you just make a script to take the image size and auto calculate/fill offsets? If you dont know how, i could do it for you in about 2 weeks when my deadline is over, if you remind me.
You may misunderstand the problem. What if the size of every image in a gif is different? I work with animation full time and I had two major problems:
1. When the animation is ok, but every direction is on a different place. It's possible to get the right offests, but you have to guess.
2. When all the frames have different size and centre. You can't put this gif in the CV5 to convert to D2. You have to enter every frame. I have been looking for a solution for a long time and I have found only 2 viable options. 1st-in photoshop. centre every frame by hands, using arrows.2nd-in photoshop using invisible pixels in the corners and using record.
I know exactly what problem Segolia is talking about, because I know what PACK he is using, I worked with it too. And he is having problem number 2.
