Resistance question

Hello

I started to play d2 with this mod and i´m enjoying a lot.
I just started the act2 and im trying to get more stronger, and i notice my resistances are stucked ate 76 after increasing with the orbs, that´s a bug? or a difficult restriction or i have to do something about it?

75% res is cap (you actually don't see if u have more resistance than that) .
You need to increase your res with "increased maximum resistance" - so it looks like that you either got only +1%max res or if u got more, you may also have a source which reduce your maximum resistance.

I have verified in the 4th page that the resistances are more than 76. So the resistance i have more is locked because of the cap and i have to increase maximum resistance anyway?

The extra resistance is not 'locked' it still takes effect and help u against elemental damages, its just not displayed bcz display have reached its cap.

well, it only takes effect if the monsters have resistance reduction.
