Got banned for muling?

Hey there!

As you can read the subject I got banned for muling (Multilogging). Since I got banned once already I have a perma ban now. But there must be a mistake tho, so im asking if you could pardon me. I was just muling some charms to another character and a few hours later the ban hammer spoke to me. I would really apreciate it if you could do anything against it, even tho I know the answer will be "no". Asking doesnt cost anything, so.

I believe you are only allowed to have 2 accounts in the same game for muling purposes.

I would contact either marco or aahz about the issue.
