i was banned out of nowhere for no reason help

i was just making gear and this popped up. i dont cheat or do bug abusing or tg fraud. i dont understand why this has happened? any admins able to explain this?

My guess is you broke the multilogging rule:

Multilogging rule and how not to get banned for it:
Muling: Stay in town while you are muling. Do not leave your mule in town while you kill monsters with your character.

Additionally, do not self-rush and do not attempt to multiwindow with more than 2 characters at once. Any offenses here can lead to a temporary ban for first offense. First account ban is typically 8-24h, second 48-72h, third is permanent.

I wasn't multilogging... I was doing dunc runs and I was perma banned. I've been playing median before the sinwar was even a thing. I'm aware of the rules.

also I've never been banned before not even a temp ban. It's a first time van with no explanation.
