Every time you use " 's " to pluralize a word, Thor smashes a turtle with his hammer, Jesus kicks a puppy and Satan sodomizes a kitten.

To be honest, that always gives me a bit of pause when i write that (being a non-english native that never properly learned grammar doesn't help).

This isn't even a grammer nazi thing. This isn't a mixing up of two similar usages. Taking an s on the end of a common noun and an apostrophe s are completely different functions.

It isn't ESLers that upset me. Most of them do better in English than I do in any other languages. Its my pig ignorant fellow American assholes who wouldn't know a participle from a partridge.
