I think the 'nerf' approach to group XP is a very bad approach to 'fixing' this issue. This just gives less incentive for people to group at all, since the extra XP is barely worth it but the monsters increase greatly in difficulty (huge nerf from +50% XP to just +12%). It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know what's going to happen: Everyone is going solo and is going to avoid grouping at all, except with friends or smth.

A better approach would be to simply give solo XP a buff to get it more on par with group XP.

But it adds no buff, no elemental damage (so the -enemy resist is useless), no procs...
Nakruls also adds physical resist, so your minion is a lot tankier.

Also, aren't minions like mercs as in: being unable to use oskills? So Pounce would not work on that golem.
So yeah, I wouldn't waste the golem on that.
