If he was neutral he'd have 2 additional bolts, as unholy he should only have one for 7 points.

No. 1 for the first point and teh second with 8, the thirs with 15 etc. "additional" is the point ...

@nobrainnopain ah you're right. I see the bug now, apologies.
I don't know if that bug was present in previous patches but I have gear issues on my unholy paladin, one time after death all my gear looks like it's unequipped and I gotta make a weapon swap and another one all works as intended, that's really annoyingly confusing sometimes, that probably has to be something with the stormlord passive, not sure though

It's normal, you don't have the bonus stats since you're no longer under the effect of Stormlord. Doesn't quite click until you wait or swap-unswap weapons, there's probably a timed check there with an unreasonably long sleep timer....
