I agree a separate ladder from regular season would be best. One will trading isn't allowed? Maybe tg not allowed? Something to determine the best SKILLED player and the most COMMITTED (time). Rather than who has the most friends and the biggest wallet.
This won't determine skill or dedication. Just tg or groupies.
Lastly, some of the best players are in the shadows. I'm not one of them, but I believe there are players who play unknown that are tops

As discussed with Aahz, it would be nice to have the fastest times displayed for 1-100 et 100-120 regardless of the method used (maybe just not the time rift?).

Shouldn't it be called PVE milestones since you're showing boss kill counts? There's no PVP happening of any kind
Do labs count as rifts? Is it impossible to track because there are different tiers?
These two below aren't related to skill but rather just repetition. Would that really make you the GOAT if you can farm the same content over and over?

The first boss kills and speedrunning seem to be the closest you can get to skill in Median, even though they are strongly correlated with the amount of TG you have.
Overall good idea just needs more polishing good luck.
