And if you have 100% uninterruptible attack, FHR becomes useless ?

yes , aim for -100 enemy fire resist ; are you using a 1-pointer fairy ring or is it your main attack ?

no main attack is ricochet
but fairy ring destroy immunes pretty fast

I'm aware that defense only works if you are either standing still or walking, but what about chance to avoid? Specifically, do I have to be walking or standing still in order for the % change to avoid to work from perfect being on my sin?

It works, it notifies me about items on the ground.

Rerolling doesn't work for me, I tell it to match something but it just keeps on rerolling until the time runs out.

No. Avoid applies to all forms of movement (avoid has clod's dodge - avoid - and evade.) The only avoid that is movement based is Werewolf form and Immortal from Barbarian.
