, Remorseless Winter is what converts Vitality into Cold dmg, and it does not scale with anything besides Vitality.
If found on any other items, it probably has similar behavior.

It's not that Radiance, Spirit Walker got a + "uknown skill" to describe their orange text...

Whant to know what that means - Target Takes Additional Damage of 100. Does that damage applies to initial attack or on mod skills to? for example Rend on druBear, does every spike get that bonus, does it scale with anything?

This is damage of the same type as doom or screaming eagle.
You can't scale it, and it's fully affected by enemy resistances.
I'm still a noob but I think what that means is that it's good for physical damage, and fucking horseshit for elemental damage, since there's very few sources to reduce enemy resistances apart from pierce, however physical damage is only mitigated by physical resistance.

It means debuff to enemies and thus scale with nothing.
Will happens on each physical hit.

Is that an item prefix? May works like wolf companion debuff.

Does it means that every subsequent atack stack + additional damage? For example 100 damage, second atack + 200, third atack + 300...

no, it's just flat added damage to each attack
