Is it really Necromorb or is it actually necrom orb ?

does the countess's box only drops runes during 1st clear now? tested that second run on her on normal/nightmare, it has the "smoke animation" towards the box, but the box doesn't "open" and drop runes like the 1st.

How to open cow level? I'm trying to cube wirt's leg in cube, but nothing happens.

Only available in hell, and level requirement = 110

the box has only ever opened once, just like in vanilla

but yeah most of the rune drops are in the box in median so rerunning isn't a big thing unless you really need a specific rune

Thanks for the answer, seems that i've remembered wrongly, thought that the box always opens up.

Does anyone have a table for its damage based off energy?
also is it effected by lightening spell damage or spell focus? or only energy
