After casting the Jitan's Gate, but no impact with any speed stats at all. It Seems nothing happened.

Ah, skill FRW increased while flame animation rising up. I'v just misunderstood cuz not applied speed buff in town.

Afaik, no. Your best bet is grinding any area with a high mob density. Vizjun may be a decent place. Maybe try that, if you're able.

I'm just level 116 atm, and playing HC so I want to be careful. I think cows could be a good substitute then?

Yeah, probably cows then, or even just running the Torajan Jungles. Library of Fate has decent mob density, but even with decent Poison res and sustain, that may be more danger than you're willing to risk (especially b/c Avatars' on-death proc). Maybe another HC player could weigh in on this.
