Haven't been around in a while, trade center vs trade site? What's going on?

It is the same thing as blood thorns or lemures, its a melee swing that procs a spell.

Is there a differences between playing in Single Player or TSW in regards of loot drops or uber availability? Like is there even a specific uber that only available in realm, or item that only drop in realm?

I don't know if it has been changed but single player used to have increased drops.

hmmm no relic dropped on hell for me after defeating hell baal. character lvl 110

anyone else get their relic drop?

no. season drop replaces it and gives you far more than a single relic.
