Whirlwind weapon physical dmg +% does nothing. lvl 1-10-15 in the skill my WW does the same dmg the character stats page doesnt get updated neither does the D2stats page. Any new player will just struggle to play the game if that's the spec they pick there are many more builds that have problems in the early game like mana req for example Melee Necro Parasite requires an insane amount of mana to the point you need to put all stats into energy just to be able to play the game.

Yea worst part is the dummy has too much def to test it early also lmao

How about not maxing skill right as you can? Also Meditation helps. And melee chars have precious mana on atk MO that removes any mana issues

If you don't max parasite you can't kill anything char is useless. The other passives/skills you can put points on are useless until mid-game.

Whaaaa?! I'm playing meleenec ssf very frequently and 5-10 pts parasite is more than enough until around a3 end when you already can make TU2 bonesplitter that will carry to end of a5... just use early rws and put 1 mana on atk MO
Other skill points goes to embalming/death ward which you will max anyway. And ofc 1pt in famine/death pact

I'd kinda like some more and new bone chimes, mainly to give new strange scaling vectors to anyone. trash the low and medium roll ones, bring up some -limited- scaling not only to undead/demon dmg but stuff like gold find or whatnot. might be fun? to not only keep weird scaling on certain SU's. any opinions?

Smth like gold you have on char (like it was with veeeeeery old holy pala skill - don't remember the name). So the charm will actually have smth rather than a placeholder for 2 inv slots. Currently the zone only viable not for charm but for drops which are actually mediocre for endgame spec when you farm Scos.

parasite dmg scales from weapon, not hard points. 10 gives you enough targets up until you start actually farming stuff (lvl110)

Idk what happened to servers this season but they are beyond terrible. Constant ping spikes, teleporting monsters, freezes and fast-forwards.
