Thanks mate! By charms do you mean uberquest charms/ character charms? I have finished the basic challenges until black road, have character charm. Where can I find Comaetho rune? I get a lot of random lv 100 runes, but not the ones needed.
My merc is the bloodmage, but the two of us are kinda useless against magic immune mob like the ones in faulztinvile. Should I switch to a barb ?

You need:
1. Diablo 2 version 1.13c
2. Patch Median Ultimative XVI http://www.moddb.com/mods/median-xl-ultimative/downloads/median-xl-ultimative-xvi
3. TSW.reg https://tsw.median-xl.com/registry.zip

Paste the file patch_d2.mpq in step 2 to your diablo 2 folder and run The Sin War.reg in step 3.

Then you should be able to play the game.

Hello guys, first post on the forums but long time Median XL player
I have 2 questions:
I am running as a trap-rat on hardcore and just crafted this nice amu:

1. What would you recommend on MO'ing this thing? Maby something defensive? I'm having some problems staying alive in TA
2. Do i need a source of TTAD to make the doom even more efficient or does this only count for melee attacks?

1 - ctc thunderhammer imo, shame miasma ctc has to be melee.also, dex as well.

2 - TTAD only applies to direct melee hits, so not needed for traprat.
