When considering defensive stats, what is the difference between physical damage from a wdm attack and physical damage from spells like from quov tsin? Do regular stats like defense, block, avoid, and DR work?

50%ctc balefire on attack - craft crystal sw
50%ctc fork lighting on attack - stormflyer ssu kite shield
20%ctc nova boom on attack - unique amulet

My question is : can 4 procs occur at the same time with only one melee hit ?

Yep. Assuming you have 95% accuracy, all 4 processes should trigger simultaneously(on average) 19 times for every 800 times you swing at an enemy.

So if i have too many useless proc , i will have less frequency of usefull proc ?

How much defense should I have into terror? I'm playing a melee sorc. I have 48k def after everything and the hit rate from elite mobs is still annoying ( around 20% ).

did you go for the lightning tree and Warp Armor ? in terror you should be able reach above 200k with sacread gear on with ease , above 100k with T6 gear . are your armor parts sacred ? did you reach level 90 ? what act are you at ?

Hey y'all, Uber noob here. How do you get around in the Duncraig Uber level? Do you need to have some sort of teleport skill to beat this level?
