Thought it was really clever to make an Ethereal Enhanced Runeword on the weapon and armor. The extra 50% base stat is really good with them.

I might be able to go slightly further taking that into account.

Dandy has great tips too. I couldn't believe that there are that many tiered uniques with bonus damage to demons and undead.
