Anyone knows what the drop chances for Natasha recipe are. I've played guyia at least 100 times and don't get any recipes.

Twinking new chars, collecting better versions for the stockpile, and selling them or piles of signets if you can find any demand.

It's unfortunate they can't become ACs. They do become excessive.

I am forgetting it right now, but isn't there a recipe that requires 3 or 4 25point signets as a component? That's the only not tangential use I know.

is there a cap on movement speed?

No cap that is feasibly reachable anyway. Move speed is essentially a gradient with diminishing returns. Returns are strong through 100%, slightly worse to 150%, and don't become too bad until after 200% FRW.

I can tell you from old versions that the animation breaks at roughly 600, give or take. Just becomes a sliding or skating sort of thing with jitters when changing directions. It's a thing of beauty.

I can also tell you that celerity (or other skill based speed boni) further ramp speed even then. They are a separate part of the speed formula. Thus skirt diminishing returns. Together at those extreme values the AI starts to get wonky and react slowly or inaccurately. It's glorious if you can control it...

Whatever the cap is in D2 I promise either the AI or your ability to pilot it will break before the cap stops your dreams.

Does 'life stolen per hit %' affect undead? I'm thinking it doesn't but was hoping someone could give me definitive answer.

You seem like someone who would remember the speed hacks on b.net many moons ago. The issue became latency on realms. You could run from A1 town to the very end of Stony in seconds, but your toon would still be in Blood Moor, so in that regard it acted more like farsight then a speed hack, at least in MP games. Although sometimes it worked well, and PvP was fucking ridiculous with that hack, lol!

Ha, that was some silly stuff. Most extreme rubber banding I experienced anywhere ever. Wasn't sure it was my connection or just netcode from a time not yet ready for such insanity.

How high does damage to demons/undead have to be? I just did leagion with around 250% damage to demons AND undead and still only got a low chime.

I made a character specifically for legion. So at the time of the kill or any other time the % is high.

Also, I can give my chime to someone else, and it would still be 36% weapon damage bonus,... or i could change my gear with the chime on,
and its still 36%.. so not really sure what you are saying, is all.
