enough damage to build around? With a dedicated build ofc... energy/spell focus/etc.
Thinking possible werewolf druid for multihitting attacks + faerie fire hits. And druid has lots of poison gear options. Not much other good classes for multihitting poison sword I dont think lol.

By rolling, the max you can get is 40%, in reality anything above 30%.
Now shrine bless - it rarely gives you more than 10%
in reality, its really hard to get even 45% with first roll+shrine bless.

20% from affix, 36% from craft+double bless, 30% from gems = 115 rlvl 86% + 2 x 4% from UMO = 135 rlvl 94% vit. And if it a downleveled rare - it's even simplier

If you can provide us with your equipment and what charms you got/miss, and your skill allocation, we might be able to help you, without that it will be hard. Any build can farm Fauztinville with the correct equip, skills and player skills in my opinion.
