Butcher has a chance to spawn the circle on attack. Use summons to make him attack something til the circle spawns, then teleport behind it (far enough away so you lure him all the way into it by the time your minions run back out to him) to kill him.

Best place to farm for destruction if I'm not able to do any uberquests? (high mob count, elites, etc). My character can't do Kurast or TA yet.

Your situation might be too dynamic cause it depends on what charms (if any) and whats your current gear/build. I'll be very broad here and say run river up to diablo and make NG... but if you post the info, you might get a better answer from there. Only reason is because you might be able to easily upgrade your gear with jewelcrafted runewords, etc.

Yeah I didn't realize, I guess I was just looking for really generic answers. I'll post my build/gear right now though if you'd think it would help

Catalyst of Destruction is supposed to drop from Hephasto on Terror difficulty, right? I don't have one and he did not drop one in the 4 runs I made....
