QUESTION: as im looking at items in the documentation, i see where it shows SUMMONS on items as PROC's different colors. which is better summons, green or orange text? i rarely see green text summons

Color won't tell you anything about strength of the particular reanimate. Green stands for heroic level monsters, yellow - for elite, blue - for regular monsters, etc. There is a popular "blue" reanimate Destroyer Shaman which gives you Demon Blood Aura. Some reanimates are pure meatshield and nothing more, others may give you some benefits, it depends on the case.

don't use khazra on merc, he doesn't get the aura unless you reequip the item ( which bugs merc and makes him lose his op passive )

Does R/W speed affect your chance to get hit/defense whatsoever? I fee like I vaguely remember something like that when I played many patches ago. Just came back and was curious.
