but how do i install offline tool? do i just download and then click to load it or do i have to put in median xl folder? saying i need

Can someone tell me how you can beat soul of wrath now that the Vizjerei set no longer gives max block? i die within seconds and he takes damage only after i die.. but he will eventually full heal from killing me... i dont understand what i am supposed to do..

Iirc, bloodlust does not increase physical/magical spell damage, only elemental spell damage (and physical attack damage). Your Merc will cast it periodically, it is not constant like an aura would be.
