I think I read that somewhere but can't remember the answer :
Do proced spells benefit from +spell? I was thinking of gearing merc with balefire proc + another item giving +24 to Balefire.
Would that do anything?
Also I'm not sure about what Balefire does, but I read that this is what Kabraxis does so it sounds painful.

Why would procs not benefit from spell dmg? And proc levels are fixed, so +24 to balefire will do nothing. Also, i dont recommend that, since it drains hp quickly. Balefire is a lvl6 amazon spell.

No character gets deleted. The ladder ones will simply be converted to non-ladder, while if you are playing single-player basically nothing will change.

How do you craft a unique jewel?

Once I read because jewels and accessory doesn't have "unique" sacred variants, they shared the pool with regular one despite the rarity. Never actually tested them myself

You can make tier unique jwls same as tier uniques items. But not sure about
