What do I look up to know at which level I can gamble item bases at certain tier level? Would search for the question but im getting infinite loop of "Sorry but you cannot use search at this time. Please try again in 23 seconds."

Go to https://docs.median-xl.com/doc/items/baseitems and look for quality level. That's the minimum item level you need to drop the item, and your character can be up to 4 levels lower than that for gambling or 5 for shopping.

Can you make a rune stack with enchanted runes? tried to but failed.

What is the Paladin skill Lemures scaling off of? Is it spell damage or weapon damage? Do I want cast speed or attack speed for it?

Trying to figure out if I should use Queen of Glass or Iceshell for Lemuresadin.

Iceflayer (crystal sword) also has #-# Cold Damage and #% Cold Spell Damage...which of those affects lemures?

Is right click pick up item unchangable?

I think there's a button to turn off item pickup if thats what you mean

Been filtered gambling for (1) Reflex bow and no dice - I'm level 20 in Act 1.

Is it not possible to gamble for this item in this league or in multiplayer?

When I attempt to click on the orifice in duriels tomb act 2 to put in the staff, my character says "I can't". Is this a known issue? How to move on from that?

Does this patch still have the Natasha RW?

1: from Patch Notes: Natasha's Legacy: Now an Unique obtained by completing an item design which drops from Spirit of Giyua
2: first of all Nats change was mentioned in the patch notes

and second - probably yeah.
