Has anyone tested the merc's changes? They still seem to deal little damage and the surviability is still questionable unless it's A3 mercs

oatmilk wrote:For the stormcall relic the orange text says there is a 1% chance to trigger stormcall on hit.

Is that a typo? Does it mean I have a 1% chance of chaining stormcalls? If the latter, does the second stormcall also have a chance to cast Askari Lightning?

Also how effective is 'X Damage reduced by Y'? Reducing Phys damage by 20 is great if the monster only does 100 Damage but it's meaningless if they do 10k damage. Feels like this is much better when clearing the early stages of the game than it is for any mid or high level content?

The first question I’m unsure, it reads like it is a chaining effect but i’d like to know as well.

As for the X reduced by Y, that damage is calculated after resists so it actually can be quite useful. Specifically for bosses that use attacks that hit rapidly multiple times as opposed to large sums of damage in 1 hit. Think of it like Quov Tsin or the Eleventh Eye boss in Scosglen. All those bone spears and rays of damage are a sum of many hits happening in a short period of time. That dmg reduced on those hits actually adds up to quite a bit of extra survivability

Some guides I've seen says that you can have more than one trophy for the sleep charm? (Unless I'm reading it wrong)

How do you add another trophy to it?

Thanks for clarifying

How do you kill the Pride miniboss in The Void? I can't seem to kill it, it just stays at what I'm guessing is 1hp. I'm attacking the monsters whilst near him and it got him down to that point but then he's basically invincible.

The adds need to attack you, not the other way around. They deal % damage to everything, so the last slice of his HP bar takes the longest.
